Play-Cricket Scorer: Digital app to score matches

If you fancy scoring matches there is a new digital app available. It’s free and available for iOS and Android and comes from the ECB having been tested in Australia during the winter, I believe. It also scores Pairs matches which is a bonus!

Tea Tent helpers Required

This year the Cricket Festival is from the Friday 9th-Monday 12th June. The Tea Tent is manned entirely by volunteers and we need help from parents to run it. The funds raised are specifically for the Junior Section and last year this amounted to more than £4,000 which went towards hiring additional coaches and buying equipment.

We really need your help so please email Kate Perceval, kperceval@mac.com – the slots available each day are 9-12, 12-3, 3-6. We also rely entirely on cake donations so any cakes, tray bakes, would be very much appreciated, bought or homemade.
