Guildford’s Cricket Story

Renowned cricket writer, David Frith, compiled a fascinating story to mark the 75th anniversary of the Guildford Cricket Festival.

This history of the game reveals the important part the town has played in its development from the earliest times and illustrates the unique and extraordinary cricket heritage that Guildford and its surroundings provide.

Packed with photographs, it also charts the 1st class cricket played at Woodbridge Road and the success of Guildford Cricket Club too.

Guildford's cricket story

The book can be purchased with a limited edition hardback for £75, signed by David Frith, Darren and Martin Bicknell, Ashley Giles and Rikki Clarke. Alternatively, the paperback offers fantastic value at £5, plus postage and packing. It is a must for every lover of the game.
