Juniors Sundays from January 18th to March 15th (except Feb 15th when there isn’t a session)
9.00 – 10.00: U5s & U6s
10.00 – 11.00: U7s / U8s / U9s
11.00 – 12.30: U10s
12.30 – 14.00: U11s
14.00 – 16.00: U12s & U13s
16.00 – 18.00: U14s & U15s
18.00 – 19.00: U17s
Girls at Tormead on Sundays 09.00 to 12.00 on

Senior Men at RGS- Monday nights from 18.00-21.00

FOR BOTH SENIORS AND JUNIORS
- that their household have no COVID-19 symptoms;
- that 2026 membership has been fully paid-up (or that you are taking the free 2-week trial, and with no obligation, at a Junior Coaching session);.
- players in the age group of Under 10 and over should have their own protective equipment, including helmets.
