The Guildford Pavilion is available to host corporate, community, charity and private events in the heart of Guildford with free parking.
With its highly experienced team, the Guildford Pavilion offers an exceptional event management experience from start to finish. The team is attentive and flexible to any of your needs, with first-class facilities and adaptable spaces to suit any type of event. This includes awards dinners to Christmas parties, family celebrations to drinks receptions, team building days to conferences, small meetings to BBQs, and much more.
The Guildford Pavilion is located minutes away from the town centre, with ample free parking, close to public transport and easy access to the A3.
The Long Room
Located on the first floor, accommodating up to 160 people standing and 120 people seated. This light and airy room has excellent views of the cricket ground from a beautiful private balcony.
The Boardroom
Located on the second floor, accommodating up to 16 people seated and 30 people standing. With large windows offering panoramic views of the cricket field, the boardroom offers a first-class meeting space, with a beautiful terrace attached, offering the perfect setting for networking events or meetings.
The Sports Ground
Home to Guildford Cricket Club, and second home to Surrey County Cricket Club. With a capacity of 4,500 people, this space offers a wide range of uses. This fantastic green space can be hired out for a multitude of different events, such as team away days, festivals, BBQs, or marquee events.
