Other Events @ Woodbridge Road
– Saturday 5th June: Player of the Month.
We are pleased to announce that we will be having our first social event of the year on Saturday 5th June following the climax of the 1st XI game at Woodbridge Road.
We will be holding a ‘Player of the Month’ event with a ‘Euros’ theme, where we will be celebrating some personal successes and achievements from from the first month or so of the cricket season, while also getting in to the mood for the upcoming (and delayed) Euro 2020 Football Championships (‘It’s coming home…’ – the final, semi-finals, and a number of other games are in London!).
There will be a 5-a-side penalty shoot-out competition, a sweepstake; and we are hoping that as many of you as possible can wear your best retro football shirt (anyone with a Lincoln City jersey gets a drink from me!).
All sections of the club are are invited: Senior members, Junior members, Parents, and Social members – so please keep your eyes peeled on Pitchero and our social media for further details. We hope to see as many of you there as possible to start our social season in retro-style!
