We are using Pitchero as the main channel for communicating with playing and social members, juniors and parents.
It is essential that all players (adult and junior) register with Pitchero, as availability and team selection is communicated online.
Registering with Pitchero
All players wishing to represent Guildford will need to signup to Pitchero and provide their availability online. Players make themselves available for the Club rather than any given team, and all site administrators (e.g. captains) have sight of everyone’s availability.

- Players: When choosing your player membership, select the team that you appeared for most in previous seasons only. This in no way restricts who you play for in the current season, it just prevents duplication of player profiles. Players are required to provide their availability on Pitchero by 1pm on the Monday immediately preceding the relevant fixture.
- Parents: Firstly, sign-up using your own details. On the second page, select the ‘Parent’ membership and then list all ‘Juniors’ and their age-groups for the current season. You’ll be able to manage each Junior’s availability from your profile.
- Social Members/Supporters: Please register with Pitchero and join Guildford Cricket Club as a ‘Club Member’. This will also give you access to fixtures, results, match reports & club news.
- Supporters: You are very welcome to join the site as a ‘Supporter’ or ‘Club Member’. This will give you access to fixtures, results, match reports & club news.
